What do I want to do with my life?

So once again, I'm at a crossroad! If I go to the left I can have a secure future, finish my degree, get a job, work hard for the next 40 years doing something that my education taught me to do.  On the other hand if I go to the right I just might have my dream job, no guarantee that it will last for more than a day or two, be poor and happy or might make more than I ever imagined, meet new people who do the same thing I do and love it, and be able to set my own hours, enable me to spend more time with the people in my life who really matter and travel when I want!   How do I choose between the two? Life is just hard!

My dream job is to run Galli Bottom Designs, create things that randomly pop into my head and then of course to be able to work from our home office and spend more time with my other half (and future kiddos)! That is the dream life for me! Now if only it was secure and I knew without a doubt I couldn't fail!

My real life adult job... nursing... more school and then a long work day followed by another and another and another... security in the job field.

Now if only my head and my heart would get on the same page... if I could just get the lines from "Meet the Robinsons" out of my head... "Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long. (The Holstee Manifesto - Dave, Mike & Fabian)! If only there was a giant neon signs saying this is your future over here! (I would probably not see it!)
